TKCOM: LMI in China
In the framework of the project "Building up Chinese Teachers Key Competences through a Global Competence-Based Framework" (586415-EPP-1-2017-1-ES-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP) some members of the LMI have traveled to Chongquing (China) to participate in the closing of the training activity and in the research team meeting from July 23 to 29, 2018.
Dr. Josep Torelló, a researcher at the LMI and a professor at the Center for Image and Multimèdia Technology (CITM) at UPC, has published two articles last December.

This week has taken place the XI Latin International Congress of Social Communication at Faculty of Political, Social and Communication Sciences of La Laguna University (Canary Islands)
Mariona Grané (LMI UB) and Lucrezia Crescenzi (LMI UVIC) have presented a communication entitled Improving the Interaction Design of Apps for Children with Diverse Learning Needs about App2five R&D project that they co-coordinate.
Three LMI researchers have participated as speakers at the VI International Congress of Communication Research Methodologies organized by the Department of Applied Communication Sciences, GECA and the Faculty of Information Sciences of the Complutense University of Madrid from 5 to 7 of November.
The Repository of Feedback Practices in higher education is now available. Professors Elena Cano, Laura Pons, Maite Fernández (LMI UB) together with the rest of the evaluation sub-area team have contributed to the collection of valuable experiences that can be examples from which to design new proposals for dialogic and self-regulated feedback.
