Professor in the Department of Pedagogy at the Rovira i Virgili University. Graduate and Doctor in Pedagogy and Early Childhood Education. She teaches in the degrees of Teacher Education and Pedagogy in subjects related to counselling and guidance to educational institutions, and educational direction, supervision and evaluation. Her lines of research are: Training and professional development, evaluation of competences at the university, and school improvement and leadership. She has participated in innovation projects on school management and leadership. She has been responsible for the Degree in Early Childhood Education at the URV. For more than 20 years she has worked as a curriculum adviser in the Department of Education (Generalitat de Catalunya).
