The third chapter focuses on the design and evaluation of digital content used during childhood. Because parallel to a growing use of digital resources by children, we find an increasing proliferation of material supply for them that floods the market. And while this is happening, educators and families, who are prescribers of content for minors, do not have clear and well-founded criteria for a quality selection. This chapter analyzes how the evaluation of digital resources is usually carried out and under what principles. In order to support research in this field to improve the quality of children's digital content.
