Associate Lecturer in the Department of Pedagogy at the Rovira i Virgili University, Tarragona. Graduate and Doctor in Philosophy and Educational Sciences. Extraordinary PhD award from the University of Barcelona for the 2002-2003 academic year. She teaches subjects at the undergraduate level in Pedagogy and Social Education related to Research and Evaluation in Education. Researches mainly in the field of educational research and assessment, university teaching and innovation, and leadership in education. She has been Head of the Social Education Department (2008-2016) and is director of the Department of Pedagogy since 2016.
