El proyecto interdisciplinario GAMA Gateway to Archives of Media Art' inició en Noviembre del 2007 con 19 organizaciones participantes del los sectores de arte, tecnología y cultura de Europa con el fin de establecer un portal en línea de los diferentes colecciones de media art europeo para el público interesada, para curadores, artístas, académicos, investigadores y mediadores; esfuerzo que recibe el apoyo de la Comisión Europea bajo el programa econtentplus.
