Intersección escuela-universidad: un espacio híbrido de colaboración para fortalecer la formación inicial y el desarrollo profesional docente

Faced with the challenge of improving educational systems, the articulation between school and university emerges as a possibility to advance in this regard. This article presents a qualitative study, based on a single, intrinsic case, defined here as a working group (GT, for its name in Spanish), formed by two universities and schools in a Spanish autonomous community. This research describes how an inter-institutional relational space is shaped, and included the participation of school teachers and university scholars, members of the GT. The results highlight five axes that structure and characterize this relational space, where the reflection on problems of everyday educational practice converge with academic knowledge and practical knowledge of the school community. Our findings accentuate the enrichment of both school and university educational experiences, through the transfer of co-constructed knowledge, a result of inter-institutional collaboration.
