Competencias genéricas en la universidad
Generated for all of degrees of the university, the object of a lot of educational innovation and research projects, the so-called generic competences, are they a sufficiently well-known universe? How do they affect the university space? Are they as well-served as relevant? Are planned in a realistic way?
These and other questions are answered by Jaume Fabregat and Javier Oliver, from the perspective of the Polytechnic Universities of Barcelona and Valencia, and Elena Cano from the University of Barcelona.
Building up Chinese Teachers Key Competences through a Global Competence-Based Framework
The main aim of this project is to install capacity in Chinese HEIs so that they can move towards a competence-based approach. For this purpose, different steps and actions have been planned.
First, the project aims to make a Global Competence-Based Teachers Framework (GCTF) by selecting the main teachers’ competences and searching a whole agreement between partners.

The paper "Analysis of university teaching innovation experiences about assessment" has been published in the journal Currículum y Formación del Profesorado. The article analysis experiences related to assessment included in teaching innovation proceedings from 2011-2015 with the aim to know what assessments elements are innovated and what fields of knowledge these innovations belong to. Apps4CAV focuses in the use that Media students make of mobile technology apps aimed at the creation of audiovisual content, in order to adapt and update teaching and learning activities in this field of the university.

JURE 2018 Conference
Laura Pons, member of the research group LMI (UB), attended JURE 2018 Conference for Junior Researchers organised by EARLI. The Conference took place in Antwerp from the 2nd to the 5th of July. Laura presented two papers: 1) An analysis of teachers' competences for CLIL teaching and Learning. ARMIF project awarded!
The project “Initial Teacher Training in Behavior Regulation: Analysis of the situation and design of a cross-training proposal for the Degrees of Early Childhood and Primary Education”. It is an ARMIF project funded by the AGAUR (Agency for Management of University and Research Grants) coordinated by Dr. Ignasi Puigdellívol (LMI UB) with the Universitat de Lleida and la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
Congress Digital Humanities
The I International Virtual Congress Digital Humanities. Challenges, promoted by the University of Valladolid, is held from April 17 to 19, with the aim of discussing the current state of the Digital Humanities and its application to various areas.
