First meeting, SHIFT project
First transnacional meeting of the SHIFT Erasmus+ Project, Evaluation of the transfer of training on digital competences by teachers and educational support staff to foster inclusion in the classroom, from October 24 to 25. This program is coordinated by the IL3 with the Abbo Academy (Finland), the University of Nicosia (Cyprus), the Departament d’Educació (Catalonia) and the University of Barcelona. Ignasi Puigdellívol (LMI-UB) is a member.

Faced with the gap between school and digital culture, it comes to relevance the research in education that seeks to explore, from a critical perspective, the potential of the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) in education. This article presents a critical review of the literature in the field of media-education studies, trying to identify and understand spaces of possibility for citizens' empowerment in technology-mediated education.

Generated for all of degrees of the university, the object of a lot of educational innovation and research projects, the so-called generic competences, are they a sufficiently well-known universe? How do they affect the university space? Are they as well-served as relevant? Are planned in a realistic way?

The main aim of this project is to install capacity in Chinese HEIs so that they can move towards a competence-based approach. For this purpose, different steps and actions have been planned.
First, the project aims to make a Global Competence-Based Teachers Framework (GCTF) by selecting the main teachers’ competences and searching a whole agreement between partners.
