The article analysis experiences related to assessment included in teaching innovation proceedings from 2011-2015 with the aim to know what assessments elements are innovated and what fields of knowledge these innovations belong to. PhD Defence

Laura Pons, a member of the research group LMI, defended her Ph.D. "School-based Conditions and Teacher Education for CLIL Implementation" on Wednesday, October the 31st. Laura defended the thesis in English to apply for the European certificate. The PhD Supervisor is the Main researcher of the research group, Dr. Elena Cano. The members of the committee were Dr. David Marsh, Dr. Teresa Lleixà and Dr. Josep Coral. Dra. Pons obtained the Excellent qualification.

JURE 2018 Conference

Laura Pons, member of the research group LMI (UB), attended JURE 2018 Conference for Junior Researchers organised by EARLI. The Conference took place in Antwerp from the 2nd to the 5th of July. Laura presented two papers: 1) An analysis of teachers' competences for CLIL teaching and Learning. The experts' perspective. 2) An analysis of the type of feedback provided by students in a peer-assessment context. Prof. Dr.

TKCOM: LMI in China

In the framework of the project "Building up Chinese Teachers Key Competences through a Global Competence-Based Framework" (586415-EPP-1-2017-1-ES-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP) some members of the LMI have traveled to Chongquing (China) to participate in the closing of the training activity and in the research team meeting from July 23 to 29, 2018.

Participation in CIDUI Meeting

Members of the LMI have presented two papers at the International Congress of University Teaching and Innovation held in Girona from July 4 to 6, 2018.

V International Congress in Linguistics and Literature

Carles Lindín, a member of the LMI, has participated in the V International Congress in Linguistics and Literature, which takes place at the University of Cantabria, from June 25th to 27th, 2018.
